Sealing foam is a material widely used in various sealing applications. It is primarily made through foaming technology, which involves heating specific polymers such as XPE to expand and form a structure containing numerous tiny air pockets. These air pockets provide the sealing foam with excellent flexibility and elasticity, while also delivering outstanding sealing performance. Depending on different application scenarios and requirements, sealing foam can be designed into products of varying densities, hardness, and colors. The sealing foam has the following features:

  1. Good sealing performance: The dense and continuously distributed small pore structure effectively blocks moisture and dust from entering the internal space; its unique porous structure not only helps reduce noise transmission but can also be used as an effective thermal insulation material.
  2. Soft and easily deformable: Due to its soft material and ease of deformation, it can achieve a tight fit even between irregular surfaces or complex-shaped objects. When subjected to external forces, it can absorb and disperse impact energy, providing protection.
  3. Environmentally friendly and healthy: Most sealing foam products are produced using environmentally friendly materials and do not contain harmful substances to the human body. Some types of sealing foam support recycling, which helps reduce environmental pollution to some extent.
  4. Easy to process and install: It can be easily cut, punched, and manipulated according to actual needs. Many sealing foam products come with a self-adhesive layer on the back, allowing for direct application to the target location by simply tearing off the backing paper, making it very convenient and quick.
